Meet in the athletics hallway…

-Parents your assistance is need, we can’t have no call/no shows for practice. Also, if an athlete has detention, we expect them to attend practice immediately after.

-Soreness: All athletes will experience varying degrees of soreness during these first 2 weeks. Athletes still need to attend practice.
