Sprinters who are not scheduled to compete: 2 sets of 4 (turf) hills. 3:00 minutes in-between sets. After the workout is complete…stretch down, then 30 pushups, 70 crunches (practice over)

Sprinters who are scheduled to compete tomorrow:
4-5 20m block starts. After the workout is complete…stretch down (practice over)

Long Sprinters: Tyler, Kyle, Maxwell, and Paul – 3 laps of uptempo straight, slow jog curve.
